Why are the reviews right next to the contact button?

By Max & Daniel · Updated 23 September 2026

On your site, your best reviews often sit right beside the "Call now" or "Get a quote" button. That's deliberate. Here's the thinking behind it.

People look to other people

When we're unsure, we look at what others have done. It's why you pick the busy café over the empty one. A review from a real customer does the same job on your website: it tells a stranger that other people trusted you and it worked out.

The moment of doubt

Right before someone calls or fills in a form, there's a moment of hesitation: "Are they any good? Will they rip me off? Will they turn up?" A short, genuine review placed right there answers that doubt at exactly the right time.

Why we pick specific reviews

Vague praise like "great service" doesn't do much. We choose reviews that mention something specific: turning up on time, cleaning up afterwards, a fair price. Those are the worries your next customer has.

Names and faces matter

A review with a first name, a suburb and a Google star rating feels real. An anonymous quote feels like it could be made up. That's why we link your reviews to your Google Business Profile where we can.

How you can help

Ask every happy customer for a Google review, straight after the job while they're pleased. The more real reviews you have, the stronger this part of your site gets.

Got great reviews but a website that hides them? We'll put them to work.
